Privacy.

The interest form collects your name, email address, optional note, and the date you submit it. These details are saved for the Optics Club organizers to use for club recruitment and follow-up.

What we do with it

Form submissions are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. They are not displayed publicly. Submitting the form does not automatically send an email, create an account, or enroll you in a paid service.

What to share

Only include information you want the organizers to receive. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the optional note. If you would like your submission removed, ask the organizers when they contact you.

Website services

This website is hosted on Vercel. We do not add advertising trackers or sell recruitment details. The site does not require cookies for its camera experience or interest form.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic and page views without cookie-based tracking. We do not send interest-form names, email addresses, or notes to Web Analytics.
